Or Educational Rockstar for short. I’m an online health & fitness coach + lifestyle...well, everything aka Social Media Guru. A small-town girl from a town just south of Ottawa, I went to school in a city near Niagara Falls called Brock University - Go Badgers! Being the trainer for the varsity hockey teams in my last years taught me a lot and realized that I still wanted to pursue my dreams of becoming a teacher, even with varying certificates such as my Can-Fit pro personal training certification. After graduating with a BA in Physical Education/Kinesiology (Honours, with a minor in French), I decided to cross the big blue ocean to the land of sunny beaches aka Australia where I completed my Teacher's College at the University of the Sunshine Coast, now imagine what employers see when they see that name on my resume. I've taught everything and anything in English and French from the younger years to grade 12 Marine Studies, worked on some pretty neat projects and met some cool, and umm, interesting, people along the way.

Learning to be an entrepreneur has many ups and downs, twists and turns, but the one thing I never expected was the networking friendships I have built along the way. Being an entrepreneur allows one to have the freedom and flexibility to work from home, make my own hours, and earn a living doing something I am truly passionate about: Health & Fitness. I started an online health & fitness coaching business where I am able to help others lose weight, gain confidence, and learn to love and embrace their bodies no matter where they are at in their journey.

I love to travel, experience different cultures, and try new foods. I am spontaneous and always up for an adventure - let’s just say I’m the friend who suggests skydiving when there is not much else to do.
